What format should my photos be in? TOP
A Jpeg (jpg) format is what I prefer. A photo that is at least 300 DPI will work best. Please send photos in their original form. Leave the editing and cropping to me. This will produce the highest quality.
How long does the process take? TOP
Generally, most people receive their announcements within a week to 10 days. That is, if the final announcement is approved in a timely matter. During my peak season, which is November and December, it may take a bit longer.
I really like a boy announcement, can it be coverted to a girl announcement for my daughter? TOP
Yes, most announcements can be changed to fit either a boy or girl. I can change pink to blue or vice-versa. There is no additional charge for that.
What shipping service do you use? TOP
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Which is suppose to be 2-3 days. Although during December, plan on an extra day or two.
Do you do custom designed invitations and announcements? TOP
Yes, I will do custom work. The cost depends on how much time it takes to design it. Custom design work starts at $10.00 plus the cost of the announcement. I have a lot of clients that like this route to ensure an original design.
Do I have to buy a certain amount of announcements? TOP
Yes, the minimum is 30.
What kind of paper is the announcement printed on? TOP
I use a Fugi Archival Photo Paper. They are printed a professional photo lab. These are high quality photo announcements.
Will you accept personal checks? TOP
I do prefer Paypal. But if you would like to send me a personal check, I will allow that with prior arrangements. Although this does slow down the process because I cannot print your announcements until the check has arrived and cleared the bank.
I don't have a Paypal account, what is it? TOP
Paypal is a great source that is free to the buyer. All you need to sign up is an email address and either a credit card or a bank account number. It's a way to pay me through an electronic transfer. It's totally free to you and 100% secure. Paypal makes buying through the internet safe, as they back up every sale. Please see their site for any questions. www.paypal.com.
I'm ordering over 200 announcements, do you offer special pricing for higher quantities? TOP
If your order exceeds 200, please email me and I will quote you a price for how many you need. It will be a discounted price.
