ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE FRIDAY AT 5:00, WILL BE SHIPPED ON TUESDAY. Because of increasing fuel costs and shipping costs, we will only pick up orders on Mondays. They will be packaged and shipped Tuesday morning. Thank you!

Most announcements can be converted to either boy or girl. (ie. blue can be made pink.) Please note these changes on your survey.

The announcements are printed on Fugi Archival Paper at a professional photo lab.

Please note: Colors may be slightly different from what you see on your monitor and what is printed. Because your monitor is not calibrated exactly the same as mine. This may make hues appear a bit darker or lighter.

If your photos are taken by a professional photographer, you must send the release with the pictures. I cannot be responsible for any copyright violations.

This is just a suggestion, before you place your order I would write down a list of everyone that you'd like to send an announcement to. Then add a couple more just in case. All the time I have excited parents not order enough and have to order more. Which, that doesn't bother me at all, but it will save you the additional shipping charge.

When purchasing gift certificates, you will be refunded $6.00 of the shipping charge.
Thank you for choosing me to design your announcement. This is just a quick overview of how the process works. Select size and quantity of the announcement you would like. Go through the check out process. Once you have completed the ordering process, I will send you a "survey" to fill out. It will not come immediately, but I will send it as soon as I can. On that survey, you will be asked questions like baby's name, weight, etc. Also on there will be an area that you can specify any special instructions that you would like. If you want pink changed to blue or maybe a nickname put on there too, whatever it is.
Send that form back to me along with your pictures. Please keep in mind the design you have ordered when choosing the pictures you want on the announcement. Make sure that they are going to fit that format. Once I receive the pictures I will create the design for you within 24 hours (M-F), unless there are special circumstances. If that's the case, I will let you know. You will receive a digital proof to view. At that time you are welcome to make any changes, double check for correct stats and so forth. Once I get the final approval from you, your order will be sent to the lab for printing. The announcements are printed on high quality Fugifilm Archival Photo Paper. These are flat announcements on photo paper. They are printed at a professional lab, not at home on a computer printer.
Once I receive the final approval from you, your order will usually ship within 3 business days. I ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. All announcements come with an envelope. The envelope is included in the price and there is no additional charge.
